Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may exchange or return any item if you are not satisfied. Merchandise must be exchanged or returned in its original condition and received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Orders exchanged or returned after this time period will not be accepted. Switcha Pocket reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

When making a return or exchange, simply follow the instructions that were included with your order. We recommend that you return your item using a service with a tracking number. Please ship the item(s) back using appropriate shipping materials. Switcha Pocket is not responsible for lost merchandise or merchandise that arrives damaged in shipping and does not reimburse shipping charges unless there is a manufacturer defect.
